My name is Mark Taylor, I setup TDL Systems as a family business back in 2010, and we have never looked back
 
I have been a telephone engineer since 1979 when I worked for BT, maintaining telephones systems at 2 major RAF stations and many local businesses. When I left BT 12 years later I set up on my own and successfully competed against them for many years, much to my colleagues amusement who thought I was mad.  
 
In 1999 and for personal reasons I sold the business and moved to the midlands where I worked for a local telecoms company. However I was always happier being my own boss and I was fed up having to explain to some customers that the sales person got it wrong, what they wanted couldn't be done, or would cost more. I could do much better than that, and that's when TDL was born. 
 
My engineer Lee, who I personally trained is also my son in-law, hence the family business. Lee is a friendly outgoing lad who gets on with everyone, he is well liked by all my customers and I get great feed back about the work he does, and the professional way he goes about it.

When you contact us, you will be speaking to a fully trained telephone engineer with many years practical experience, not a salesperson. Our hands on experience installing telephone systems means our advice can be trusted. We explain things clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand. 
 
With over 40 years’ experience in the telecoms business, we know these systems inside and out, we know what works and what doesn’t, so we won’t promise something we can’t deliver, unlike some companies! 
 
We have customers all over the country, from small to medium sized businesses, hotels, hospitality, healthcare and care homes, such as the award-winning Avery Healthcare, who have trusted us for the last 10 years to maintain, install and upgrade the systems in most of their homes. 
 
We don’t insist our customers take out expensive maintenance contracts either! We believe these contracts are a complete rip off for many businesses, and only go to line the pockets of the suppliers. We look after our customers on a per charge call out basis, at very reasonable costs. It's saved our customers a fortune over the years.
